Thank you for stopping by and checking out my site. I'm Gordon Nelson an amateur Canadian bodybuilder living in Vancouver, B.C. With my current success at the Canadian Nationals I now have big dreams of becoming a professional bodybuilder. Please feel free to check out my most recent pictures in my Picture Gallery. My newest pictures have been added in the 2010 Canadian Nationals Pictures and last years 2009 Canadian Nationals Picture gallery.

Over the years through trial and error I have created a weight training program combination that promotes a continuous muscule building effect. I know the secrets to manipulating the body to build muscle and I would love to teach you how through customized step by step training and diet plans to fit your genetics and your personal goals. Please take a look at my Training Services and how I can help you on your way to competitive bodybuilding or achieving your own personal goals in fitness.
